Shipping and Return

Shipping:

We ship purchases via International postal services such as DHL, TNT, FedEx or EMS.

Our price include shipping fee. Shipping and delivery time is within just 2-3 days max. Delivery time depends on location of delivery address. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. If goods are apparently damaged upon delivery, please do not sign the delivery sheet, as this will limit your claim against the courier for damage in transit. All our shipments are discreet, with no brands or labels, just the company logo & terms of use.

All shipments are sent for research only. We take full responsibility if Customs come into contact with your purchase if you choose to ship via our courier partners i.e DHL, TNT, FedEx or EMS since they we have a 100% guaranteed strict shipping and delivery agreement with them. All packages follow a privacy policy of the buyer; therefore no indications of the packages contents will be displayed.

We don't offer refund of money back but we guarantee 100% free reshipping of order if anything happen in the course of your order shipping. We warn every buyer about these terms and conditions before purchasing any package.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns. Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded, if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

All other goods are shipped via our courier partners that guarantees 100% safe shipping and delivery, if your order arrive damaged or is missing; you should report back to us as soon as possible so that we can make a claim against our courier partners while your replacement order is being shipped. We recommend you retain all damage packaging for such a claim. Also, If the goods are incorrect, return it to us without removing the stealth wrapper, using or damaging order.
