Where we ship from?

All orders will be shipped from our China warehouses. We have local agents in the top world countries, we always stock all our agents to ensure a steady and speedy supply.

When will be a restock available?

We will post restock updates always on the front page.

Do we ship on Saturday?

No. Your order will be shipped on Monday.

Do we offer express service?

Yes, but only via our long term courier partners (i.e DHL, TNT or FedEx) and EMS.

Do you offer support over phone or a call-back service?

No. We do not offer any kind of support over phone unless via SMS text. We will also never ask you for any kind of private data or credit-card number over phone UNLESS VIA TEXT.

Do we offer free samples?

No, considering the cost of products we offer but we offer 3 free test samples of any of our products only if customer place an order for US $4000 and above.

The product I have received does not look like on the pictures on your website. Is this a mistake?

Please be assured that our warehouse labels all products correctly. The pictures on our website are exact examples of what you will receive and has to reflect the exact same color as the product you receive meaning if you don't receive the exact replica of what you see on our site, then it mistake. We always recommend that customer contact us immediately for a replacement order..

Do we resell returned items? For a cheaper price?

No. Unsealed return-items won't be sold again due to our quality-regulations.

Do we have a physical store or a pickup location?

No. This is because of the nature of products we sell which the law forbid private individuals to be in possession of it.

Do we ship in discrete packaging?

Yes, comes in stealth discreet pack and the return address is marked as “Shipping Department”.

Do we offer a discount on higher quantity orders?

Do we offer a discount on higher quantity orders?

Yes, 10% price discounts are available for order placed above US $5000 and will be applied upon confirming your order. However, smaller discounts are available depending on order quantity.

What is this email from shipstation?

Our shipping is organized via shipstation. Your tracking information will come in an email from shipstation. We don't monitor the automatic shipping emails, so if you have a question about your package, please drop us an email on our website.

I placed my order on Thursday, but it's Monday and I don't have my tracking yet. Why is this?

This can be due to a couple of reasons. Your order may already be shipped but the automatic email process somehow slows down on Saturday and Sunday, which most likely has something to do with the postal tracking system updating on the weekend. It can also be that the possible 24-48 hr dispatch time has overlapped with the weekend. Fear not, you will receive your tracking and your package very very soon.

How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order via any of the following 3 methods:

In order to process your order we require the following information:

Catalog code(s) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
Your shipping and billing addresses
Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
Email address – for order confirmation and invoice
Payment method – please provide a purchase order number and/or a credit card number to complete your order
For our safty and customer safety, we only accept discreet payment like WesternUnion, Bank Transfer, BitCoins,
MoneyGram Xpress Gift Card, MasterCard or Visa Prepaid GiftCard.
For all WesternUnion payment, we only via our discreet payment processor out of the U.S territory,.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept Western Union, BitCoin, cheque, bank or wire transfers as forms of payment.

Please note that we pass on bank charges for wire transfer fees which will be added to your invoice ($30). This is in addition to the standard $30 handling fee.

When will my products arrive?

Orders placed are shipped discreet priority overnight, and will arrive the within 2-3days. Check the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided on your invoice.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot specific datasheet provided with the product.

Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.

If we determines that the product does not conform to the specifications outlined on the datasheet, then we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 15% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.

All returns must have prior authorization from us, and be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (ie. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by us.

Once the item is received by us, we will dispatch the replacement product

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.

If we determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
