W-15 is an analog of the µ-opioid receptor agonist fentanyl (Item No. 14719). It has been shown to be a potent analgesic in the mouse phenylquinone writhing assay (IC50 = 7 µg/kg, compared to 38 µg/kg for morphine; Item No. ISO60147).1 The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound in humans are not known. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.
